Monique and Herman started in Uffelte in 1990 with supplements for hobby animals. We lost Herman in 2016. Monique has carried the work on ever since with three of their children: the same family, the same building, and still as personal as it was then.

In 36 years that grew into an established name in the hobby animal world. The mission has not changed: be reliable, deliver quality worldwide and get a little better every time, by listening to the people who use our product.

Everything happens under one roof and under our own quality system. Every raw material is checked on arrival, every batch is traceable from start to finish and is tested in the lab before it leaves the building sealed. Only when everything is green does it go out the door. That is why we run a trial batch of 500 units just as easily as a repeat order of 50.000.

Do I need my own formula to start?

No. Nearly everyone starts with a recipe that is already in production and puts their own label on it. “A joint supplement for older dogs, in a tub, about this price” is a perfectly good starting point. The rest is our job.

What is the smallest run you will take?

From 500 units for powders, liquids, tablets, paste and gel, and 500 kg for premix. A real trial, not a sample bag, and a small first run is one of our specialities.

How fast is a first run, honestly?

Around four weeks for premixes, powders and liquids, five for tablets and pastes, counted from the moment you approve the recipe and the label text. Repeat runs can usually be done faster.

Whose name is on the product?

Yours. You are on the pack as the brand owner and we appear nowhere, unless you want us to. Your customers never need to know where it is made.

What documents come with a batch?

Batch records, a certificate of analysis for that batch, ingredient origins, and label text checked for conformity with Dutch legislation. Ask for any of it and you have it within 1-3 working days.

My species is not in your list. Is that a problem?

Just ask. Most of our work sits in sport and companion animals, but for other species you get an honest answer quickly. If we are not the right factory for your idea, we say so in the first reply.

Can I come and see the factory first?

Gladly. Visits are welcome by appointment. Walk the line your product would run on, meet the people who will make it, then decide. For most of the brands we produce for today, this was the first step.

What happens to my recipe or my idea?

It stays yours and it stays here. Your details are read by one named person and are not shared, and we sign an NDA on request before you send us sensitive information.
