Who we are

HemoReg B.V. runs this website. We are a family run animal supplement factory at Rijksweg 28a, 7975 RT Uffelte, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 50727222. For anything about your data, write to info@hemoreg.nl and a person will answer you.

What we collect, and what we do not

This website has no accounts, no tracking pixels and no advertising. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us: your name, your email address and whatever you write in the pricing form or in an email. That is it.

We do not buy data about you, we do not enrich your details from other sources and we do not use your information for advertising.

Why we use your data

We use what you send us for one purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote. The legal basis is that processing is necessary for steps you asked us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in ordinary business correspondence.

If you become a customer, your details are used for the agreement we have with you: orders, production paperwork, invoices and delivery.

How long we keep it

Correspondence about an enquiry that does not lead to an order is kept for two years after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a customer, we keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for the tax administration, for the legally required period.

Who sees your data

Your details stay with the person here who answers you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own use. Like every business we rely on a few service providers to operate, such as our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions only. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics services. We set one functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you are viewing the site in Dutch or in English. That cookie is needed for the site to work, contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone, which is why we do not ask for consent for it. If we ever add statistics that require consent, we will ask for it first and update this page before anything changes.

Fonts and external services

The fonts on this site are served from our own server, not from Google or any other third party. Viewing this site therefore does not share your IP address with providers of fonts, maps, video or other embedded services. The factory film on the home page is hosted on our own server too.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, to object to our use of it, or to receive it in a portable format. One email to info@hemoreg.nl is enough, and we respond within one month.

If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
